1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. This complies with applicable Swiss consumer protection law.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@luxecave.ch with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will reply within 2 working days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and protective materials
  • In unused, resaleable condition
  • With the original invoice or proof of purchase

Wine cabinets and refrigeration appliances that have been plugged in, installed, or had refrigerant pipework cut are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or was shipped in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the size and weight of wine cabinets, we strongly recommend using a specialised carrier. We can provide a quote on request.

5. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Warranty

All products sold by LuxeCave carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or via LuxeCave at your choice. Contact info@luxecave.ch to open a warranty case.

8. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been installed, plumbed or connected to refrigerant lines
  • Consumables (filters, humidifier cartridges) once opened
